All Souls' are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across both Key Stages. We are looking for someone who is strong and dynamic and has the ability to improve standards of achievement and progress of pupils.
A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) plays a key role in supporting high quality teaching and learning across the school. Working collaboratively with teachers and senior leaders, the HLTA helps to raise attainment, promote inclusion, and ensure all pupils can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
A successful candidate would be required to work with groups of pupils in and out of class and whole classes under the direction and guidance of class teachers. You will also be required to assist with supervision at lunchtime.

The position is for 26.25 hours per week over 5 days. Salary FTE £28,182.00 - Actual £17,135.00. Contract type: Permanent - Term Time Only.
