Job Summary:
A Production Line Worker is responsible for packaging food products in our facility to prepare them for distribution, following safe food handling requirements under SQF and HACCP. You will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring production quotas are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as well as the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift regularly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
- Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Load hoppers with the product as specified by the production schedule.
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
- Report any machinery issues to management.
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Attend all safety and production training.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Be a team player with a solid work ethic, always prompt and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance.
- Display exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to move to different positions in the production line as required.

Requirements Qualifications:
- Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
- Physically able to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
- Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
Experience, Education, and Training:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.
- Food & Beverage or perishable goods industry experience is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is subject to the following requirements:
- To see, talk, and hear.
- Required to stand for up to 8 hours, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type.
- Required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb mezzanine stairs multiple times per day, balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong aromas of spice, allergens, and particulates in the air.
