Overview

As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers. The majority of the day is spent on the shop floor styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping. You will work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections and ensuring our stores look fabulous at all times. You will receive training and product knowledge to help you learn and develop in a brand with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Spend the majority of time on the shop floor styling our customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
  • Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensure product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
  • Handle stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders, using in-store digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
  • Empower yourself to make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
  • Greet customers on arrival and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit.
  • Maintain housekeeping and keep staff areas in the highest standard, showing pride in your surroundings.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development.
  • Be aware of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches and advocate AllSaints passionately.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.

Location and Schedule

Our outlet store in Cheshire Oaks has been open since 2006 and usually trades from 09:00 to 20:00 (subject to seasonal changes). The store is located approximately a 30-minute journey from Chester station. The environment includes partnerships with local charities for environmental initiatives and paid volunteering days for employees.

  • Awareness and knowledge of the AllSaints brand, style and values; able to support and influence peers and customers.

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools.
