We are embarking on an exciting plan and are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute.

We are looking for a talented retoucher to support the retouch team with daily uploads for e‑commerce and seasonal creative imagery. The team assists with ad‑hoc requests from the wider business, including colour changes, image amendments, and additional projects such as seasonal Lookbooks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record for delivering flawless imagery. It is a hybrid role, up to 2 days working from home per week.

What will I be doing?

  • Report to the Retouch Manager and support the in‑house retouch team, delivering daily e‑commerce retouching while adhering to AllSaints guidelines and achieving high standards across model, still life and flatlay imagery.
  • Perform creative retouching for seasonal projects, including advanced skin retouching, image extensions, comping and grading.
  • Assist with the post‑production upload process, ensuring assets are promptly added to our Digital Asset Management tool for the Digital Team to populate the site.
  • Stay up to date with AI trends and how they operate within Photoshop.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
  • Experience creating and using actions.
  • Experience in high‑volume e‑commerce retouching.
  • Experience in editorial/creative retouching projects.
  • Strong eye for colour and matching to real‑life samples.
  • Proficient in using Wacom tablets.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced studio environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Capture One is desired but not essential.

Location

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch. The studio is approximately a 10‑minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5‑minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
