All Saints Academy Plymouth is seeking an exceptional Family Engagement Officer to join our attendance and pastoral team.
You will support families to overcome barriers to attendance, build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers, and help every child engage with education.
Working with our attendance, safeguarding and inclusion teams, you will coordinate personalised packages of support, carry out home visits and collaborate with families to improve attendance and engagement.
