An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Paid Social Manager to drive AllSaints' paid media strategy, with a strong focus on eCommerce. Reporting into the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be directly responsible for the hands-on management, optimisation, and reporting of multi-million pound paid social budgets across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond. The role also includes management of our media agency, fostering relationships with key social platform partners, and utilising creative to produce and manage innovative campaigns. Collaboration across creative, design, and external partners will be essential in maintaining AllSaints' reputation at the forefront of paid social and eCommerce marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and continual development of the global Paid Social strategy to drive high-quality traffic, and online new customer sales, particularly during key trading peaks.
- Manage and optimise multi-million pound paid social budgets, set by the Senior Paid Media Manager, across social platforms ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROAS.
- Analyse and report on campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics, native platform tools, and agency feedback to deliver actionable insights and continual improvement.
- Daily management of the Paid Social function with our media agency: from briefing and guiding through to monitoring and evaluating output to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and develop direct relationships with key contacts at major social platforms, staying ahead of trends, betas, and new opportunities for the brand.
- Partner with design and creative teams to innovate, automate, test, and scale creative assets for campaigns.
- Plan, brief, and coordinate Paid Social campaigns across teams and agencies, ensuring cohesive execution that aligns with wider marketing and business objectives.
- Champion ongoing testing and innovation in formats, features, and buying methods to ensure AllSaints remains a market leader in paid social and eCommerce.
- Remain up-to-date with all relevant social platform updates, paid social technology advances, and industry regulations.
