Due to internal staffing movement, All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is recruiting for an Executive Assistant & Communications Lead to provide administrative and organisational support to our CEO and Executive Team. This post also covers the role of managing the Trust communications and marketing plan.
As a member of the Trust’s Central Team, the Executive Assistant (EA) is a critical role essential to the smooth running and leadership of the Trust. While acting as the primary PA to the CEO, the postholder will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage systems, and coordinate activities that enable the effective functioning of the entire C‑Suite. The successful candidate will be a proactive, intuitive individual with high‑level organisational and communication skills, and capable of managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
The EA role requires someone with high‑organisational and communication skills, good personal skills and above all, someone interested in playing a big part in a central MAT team.
Employment Details: Full time (37 hours per week), permanent contract, 52 weeks per year. Hay Pay Scale H8‑H9 (dependent on experience).
