As our brand leader in store, you are responsible for leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
The role extends beyond the store walls, championing the All Saints experience within the community and supporting concessions and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Equip and incentivise your team with product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates.
- Host annual appraisals for all team members, recognising achievements and setting objectives.
- Plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promote new collections and drive sales across all product categories.
- Lead floor walks, operating at director level, analysing KPI performance and justifying commercial decisions.
- Own all business areas: customer experience, stockroom operations, people policies, payroll, profit protection, health & safety and recruitment.
- Set expectations for a single management team, stepping into other roles to upskill and provide on‑spot feedback.
- Walk shop floors daily, viewing the store through the eyes of customers, maximising trade opportunities and mitigating risks early.
- Ensure management and stylist teams adhere to wardrobe, grooming and operational guidelines.
- Resolve employee matters in partnership with the people and culture advisor.

Our standalone store is in Brighton, available from 10:00am to 6:00pm, subject to seasonal change. The store is approximately a one‑hour journey from London Bridge station.
