What We’re Looking For

  • Experience
    • No experience is necessary, but preferred – all that is necessary is a passion for helping others. Training can be provided.
    • Ideally, 6 months’ experience in care or similar roles.
    • Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)

    • Care Certificate
    • Valid Mandatory Training
    • Basic Life Support Training
    • Moving Handling Training
    • Mandatory Training Certificates (required)
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Care and Compassion! (Required!)
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence.
    • Access to own vehicle.
    • Business Car Insurance: willing to obtain.
    • Update Service Enhanced DBS: can explore applying for one if necessary.
