As a Finance Analyst – Retail & Operations you will report directly to the Finance Manager – Retail & Operations. You will bring a background in retail and excel proficiency to guide AllSaints in managing profitability and costs across all business aspects. Weekly reports will be prepared for Retail management, Sourcing, Directors and the Executive Team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of regularly issued sales & KPI reports and communication to the global organisation (daily, weekly, monthly & annual).
  • Support District Managers and Heads of Retail with performance insights and act as the key point of contact for sales and KPI information.
  • Help set up tracking for store performance included in incentive programmes.
  • Run store P&Ls and sales per square foot reports, providing analysis to inform store feasibility and lease renewal decisions.
  • Support budgeting and planning for the retail organisation, improving modelling to support analysis and decision‑making.
  • Maintain the store wages tracker, comment on variances to budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide ad‑hoc reports and analysis to support the wider finance team and the AllSaints organisation.
  • Gain excellent exposure to the business, learning in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Background in retail (ideal).
  • Part‑qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • Excellent Excel skills for building reports and complex financial models.
  • Experience with NetSuite or a similar financial reporting platform.
  • Analytical mindset with a head for numbers.
  • Creative solutions to extract information from large data sets.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and strong organisational ability.
  • Willingness to take an extra step to tackle problems.
  • Independent, proactive, and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch. The studio is approximately a 10‑minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5‑minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
