We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our highly motivated TA Team.

29.5 Hours (8.45am – 12.00pm & 12.30pm – 3.25pm) term time only

Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 pro-rata – (£13.05 - £13.47 per hour)

Actual Salary - £17,175.17 - £17,723.47

All Saints Church School is a 7-class primary school set in delightful surroundings, three miles west of Yeovil.

We are looking for the successful applicant to:

  • Have a flexible approach to work at All Saints Church School to support pupils in their learning.
  • Have knowledge and experience or a willingness to learn how to adapt lessons to meet the needs of individuals within the class.
  • Support and direct literacy, numeracy and daily tasks, clarifying and explaining instructions, whilst contributing to the modification and differentiation of materials.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, meeting new challenges within the classroom setting with a positive attitude.
  • Contribute to and assist in the development and monitoring of systems for review and recording of pupil’s progress.
  • Manage time well.
  • Be willing and flexible to take on other duties or tasks that the school requires.
