The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the English Faculty Leader and the SENDCo to implement and oversee agreed work programmes with individual and small groups of students by supporting progress through intervention. This intervention will be in the form of extraction groups and in-class support. Competence in understanding and delivering GCSE English content up to grade 5 is essential.

You will need to be able to work collaboratively and flexibly and build good relationships with both students and staff, demonstrating a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school. Experience of working with children in a school environment and having the appropriate literacy to support students is required.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm, term time plus 1 day for staff training.
