About this Role
This role is part-time and you will be working 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 days.
The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsiblefor promoting the College's behaviour system.
You will manage students using efficientand effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providinginterventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms.
You will provide a confidential, administrative and community liaison function, and you will work alongside the teamto deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees.
We are a Catholic school with students attending from diversecultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos.
In November2022, Ofsted judged All Saints "Good" in every category.
We are "Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission" in terms of our S48 inspection by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate in March 2025.
