All Saints Bedworth CofE Academy is seeking an outstanding SENDCo to lead strategic development of SEND and inclusion, ensuring high-quality, personalised provision for all pupils. You will establish and lead our new Specialist Resource Provision for Communication and Interaction, supporting staff through coaching and modelling inclusive practice, and contribute to whole-school improvement as a key member of SLT.
