The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.
This is a non-class-based role, enabling you to focus on high-impact leadership and provision. The successful candidate will:
- Lead the strategic development of SEND and inclusion, ensuring high-quality, personalised provision for all pupils.
- Establish and lead our new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for Communication and Interaction, creating a truly inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs.
- Support and develop staff through coaching, professional guidance and modelling excellent inclusive practice.
- Drive high expectations and aspirations for all learners, particularly those facing additional barriers.
- Contribute as a key member of SLT to whole-school improvement, strategy and decision-making.
