All Response Media (ARM) is looking for an ambitious Offline Account Manager to plan, activate and deliver campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts and Audio, working in London alongside the Account Director and Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning & buying across Offline (DRTV, Radio, OOH, Print).
  • Own client relationships, presenting plans, insights and results.
  • Deliver campaigns end‑to‑end: on time, on budget, spot on.
  • Analyse, optimise and turn data into clear performance; delivering actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Use industry tools (TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB etc.) to uncover insight and drive optimisation.
  • Build strong media owner partnerships.
  • Handle campaign finances with precision: billing, invoicing, reconciliation.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high‑performing culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of media agency experience, including DRTV planning and buying.
  • Strong understanding of TV/BVOD/CTV planning, reporting and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal – confident leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Analytical, organised, commercially minded, with solid Excel skills.
  • Proactive, ready to take ownership and hit the ground running.
