Contract: 6-month FTC; part time; onsite
Summary: Be at the heart of the action, transforming numbers into decisions that drive the business forward. As our next Media – Accounts Payables Executive, you will manage supplier payments, process invoices, and reconcile activity across a diverse range of media channels, ensuring seamless operations and providing critical support behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier payments, process invoices, and reconcile payment activity for media channels. Maintain accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Qualifications
- At least one year of media agency experience
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys problem‑solving
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and Excel proficiency
