We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Executive who can confidently own content projects end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery and optimisation. This role is ideal for a commercially minded content professional who enjoys combining creativity with performance, and who’s comfortable working across multiple formats, stakeholders and objectives. You’ll play a central role in shaping how our agency and our clients show up, creating content that informs, persuades and performs across written, audio and video formats.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating high-quality written content including blogs, articles, case studies, website copy, email campaigns and social posts.
- Supporting and delivering content strategies aligned to clear client and business objectives.
- Owning content calendars and managing multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
- Leading social content planning, tone of voice and best practice, with an eye on performance optimisation.
- Working closely with Client, Data & Insight and Design teams to ensure content is integrated across campaigns.
- Leading podcast production end-to-end, from planning and recording through to basic editing, publishing and promotion.
- Editing and overseeing video content, from short-form social clips to longer-form campaign or brand assets.
- Applying SEO best practice and basic keyword research to content creation.
- Monitoring performance and using insight to continuously improve output.
- Staying ahead of content, social and digital marketing trends.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- 2+ years’ experience in a content, digital marketing or communications role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and sectors.
- A strong understanding of content strategy and how content drives performance.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (e.g. Asana).
- Experience creating content across different industries, audiences or new business activity.
