We are seeking a Media Payables Executive to join our collaborative team and make an immediate contribution. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly. From managing media supplier payments to managing invoice processing and carrying out reconciliations across multiple media channels, you’ll be at the heart of our financial processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- You will be at the centre of our finance operations, ensuring media supplier payments run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
- Your attention to detail will keep invoices moving, discrepancies resolved, and reconciliations spot-on across multiple channels.
- By staying organised, proactive, and solution-focused, you will help streamline processes, build strong relationships with suppliers, and support the wider team in delivering work without delays.
Core Focus:
- Managing a portfolio of media supplier accounts
- Processing a high volume of invoices using Mediaocean (DDS)
- Processing supplier statements across multiple channels (TV, online, press, radio)
- Generating monthly account reconciliations using Excel
- Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
- Processing payments for media suppliers accurately and on time
- Running reports for invoices cleared for payment
- Supporting general finance tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
- Filing and retrieving supplier invoices efficiently
What You’ll Bring:
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience in a media payables or finance role within a media agency
- Experience using Mediaocean (DDS) is highly desired
- Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, data handling)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams and suppliers
