We're seeking an ambitious AV Account Manager to join our Trading & Investment team in London. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of key media owner relationships, drive trading excellence, and help maximise investment performance across a diverse client portfolio.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead campaign delivery, tracking performance and value
  • Support client/trading teams in delivering the agency’s vision.
  • Manage TV reconciliations and core trading processes
  • Support data-led optimisation and pricing conversations
  • Produce insights on market trends, audiences, and competitors
  • Collaborate across trading, client, finance, and investment teams
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve AV output
  • Lead the monthly TV reconciliation process
  • Produce insightful reports on audience behaviour and competitor activity
  • Develop expertise in media owner platforms (C4 Portal, Planet V)
  • Manage and maintain key trading and financial tracking documents

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years in AV trading / investment / media buying
  • Strong knowledge of AV markets, trading, and value tracking
  • Confident working with media owners and stakeholders
  • Data-driven, detail-focused, and commercially sharp
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to step up
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Tech experience: BARB, Media Explorer, Caria, TechEdge, TGI, Mediatel

We also welcome candidates from related industries, such as finance, auditing, or marketing, who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and transferable skills.
