We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our high-performing Leeds team. This is a senior, high-impact role with real visibility, working alongside Board and Business Directors to shape strategy, influence direction, and lead from the front.
You’ll bring both strategic weight and leadership presence, building and inspiring a high-performing team while taking full ownership of client success. This role offers genuine breadth and influence, spanning the full offline media landscape, with deep expertise in TV planning and buying essential. As a truly integrated agency, you’ll work seamlessly across Digital, Labs (Data Science & Analytics), and SEO, delivering connected, insight-led solutions that drive measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor and print.
- Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
- Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
- Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
- Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channels.
- Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
- Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
- Taking an active role in new business generation.
- A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.
