How youâll make an impact?
Youâll support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering smart, dataâdriven media campaigns across the entire offline spectrum. Weâre after someone analytical, curious and ready to thrive in a fastâpaced environment.
What youâll make happen:
- Support planning & buying across offline channels TV, print, radio, outdoor and more!
- Optimise media campaigns using data and insights
- Complete planning/admin tasks (DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, RAPS)
- Analyse client + media owner performance
- Build strong relationships with media owners
- Negotiate with TV sales houses to maximise campaign delivery
- Identifying and flagging invoices queries
- Monitor TV programming & complete monthly reconciliations
- Provide clear, dataâled updates to clients
- Manage schedules, spot matching & spreadsheet tasks
- Handle vouchering, COIs & delivery instructions
- Spot matching and schedules
- Checking insertions against media schedules and update
