We’re on the lookout for a standout Account Director to join our high‑performing Leeds team. This is a senior, high‑profile role with real influence, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Board and Business Directors to shape strategy, challenge thinking, and drive the agency forward.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong leadership, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Deep expertise in TV planning and buying is essential, alongside the ability to work seamlessly across our integrated offering, collaborating with Digital, Labs (Data Science & Analytics), and SEO to deliver connected, insight-led solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor and print.
- Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
- Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
- Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
- Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channel.
- Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
- Establishing and managing long term client strategies.
- Taking an active role in new business generation.
- A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.
