We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team in London. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director to implement and execute digital media campaigns across a whole spectrum of channels (e.g., Search, Social, Display, Video, etc.). We’re looking for someone with strong planning and buying experience across at least one of Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic Display or Video (more than one channel is a bonus) who wants to work across all digital media channels. The role is fast paced and varied and would suit someone who can plan, build and optimise Paid Social, Paid Search or Programmatic campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and execute cross channel digital media plans
- Ensure targets and projected forecast spend/volume are met (responsible for delivery against plan for all paid online channels)
- Negotiate pricing and discuss performance with relevant suppliers that make up the plan
- Be the point-person for optimisations across all channels and support analysts/executives with implementation
- Discuss performance, planning and redeploying of budget with client
- Complete proactive analysis of trend and performance data
- Update the team on performance and key metrics for campaigns
- Work closely with SAM to train and develop juniors in your team
- Scoping, pitching and executing new initiatives (new channels, new tests, new tech, etc.)
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years digital media experience across Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic Display & Video
- Understanding of core digital channels and campaigns
- Understanding of how these channels fit into the overall marketing mix
- Experience using all or some of: Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV360, CM360, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience working in a media agency environment
- Analytical with the ability to interpret data and communicate to team and clients
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
