All Response Media (ARM) is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our growing London team. Sitting within our high-performing performance marketing function, this role will see you partnering closely with a Senior Account Manager and Account Director to plan, activate and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic Display and Video.
We’re looking for a confident, delivery‑driven marketer with hands‑on planning and buying experience in at least one of Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic Display/Video (multi‑channel experience is a strong plus). How You’ll Make An Impact
In this role, you’ll take the lead on campaign delivery with growing autonomy, owning planning, activation and optimisation across digital channels, and delivering clear, confident performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders alike. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to push boundaries with clients while consistently delivering standout results.
Your Objective:
- Lead the planning and execution of insight‑led digital media campaigns
- Translate strategy into high‑performing delivery and measurable outcomes
- Harness data to uncover opportunities, shape testing roadmaps and accelerate client growth
- Support the development of junior team members through coaching and quality assurance
- Keep Account Directors fully informed through concise, proactive reporting on performance, risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute cross‑channel digital media plans aligned to client objectives
- Own delivery against targets, ensuring forecasted spend, volume and performance are met
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, including pricing negotiations and performance discussions
- Act as the optimisation lead across channels; support analysts/executives with implementation
- Lead regular performance conversations with clients, including budget reallocation and planning recommendations
- Deliver proactive analysis of trends, results and opportunities; produce clear insights and next steps
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on performance, key metrics and campaign health
- Scope, pitch and execute new initiatives (new channels, tests, measurement approaches, tech opportunities)
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ digital media experience within Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Programmatic Display/Video
- Experience working in a media agency environment
- Strong understanding of how digital channels contribute to the wider marketing mix
Platform Familiarity (all or some of the below):
- Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
- DV360, CM360
- Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
Capabilities:
