We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Account Manager to join our award‑winning team in London. This is a high‑impact role working closely with the Account Director and Business Director, helping to lead, inspire and grow a talented team across a portfolio of high‑profile agency clients. How You’ll Make An Impact At ARM, senior roles come with genuine ownership. You’ll be trusted to lead key client relationships, shape long‑term strategies and drive exceptional campaign performance. Equally important, you’ll play a critical role in developing people, building a high‑performing, collaborative team that consistently delivers outstanding work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading planning and buying across offline media including TV, Radio, OOH, Print, AV and Podcasts
- Owning and implementing long‑term client strategies
- Managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery, on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
- Presenting media plans, insights and performance with confidence and clarity
- Delivering best‑in‑class reporting, analysis and optimisation, with actionable recommendations
- Leading internal meetings, client presentations and workshops
- Playing an active role in new business pitches and growth initiatives
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients and media owners
- Managing financial processes including billing and reconciliation
- Supporting the Account Director and deputising where appropriate
- Leading, coaching and mentoring team members to create a high‑performing, collaborative culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3.5+ years’ experience in media planning and buying, with strong TV planning and buying expertise
- Proven ownership of client relationships across multiple accounts
- A confident senior communicator—comfortable leading presentations and client meetings
- Experience delivering high‑quality, strategically integrated solutions across departments
- Demonstrable people leadership: coaching, mentoring and developing talent
- Strong analytical capability with experience using tools such as TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB
- Commercially astute with excellent attention to financial detail
