We have an opportunity for an entry‑level Media Executive to join our growing London team, gaining hands‑on experience across media planning and buying in TV, print, radio, outdoor, audio‑visual and podcast channels. This is your chance to kick‑start a career in media, working on impactful campaigns from day one while learning from experienced industry professionals.
Partnering closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager, you will be involved in every stage of the campaign journey, from planning and buying through to execution, reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities- Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations
- Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)
- Analysing all client and media owner outputs
- Regular contact with media owners
- Highlighting invoice queries and raising to line manager
- Spot matching and schedules
- Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
- Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
- Checking insertions against media schedules and update Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
- Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Passion for media and the commercial media landscape
- Adaptable, analytical and confident using data and Excel
- A team player who can also work independently
