We are seeking a Media Payables Executive to join our team. The role requires at least one year of media agency experience and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in media supplier payments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of media supplier accounts
  • Processing a high volume of invoices using Mediaocean (DDS)
  • Processing supplier statements across multiple channels (TV, online, press, radio)
  • Generating monthly account reconciliations using Excel
  • Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing payments for media suppliers accurately and on time
  • Running reports for invoices cleared for payment
  • Supporting general finance tasks and ad‑hoc duties as required
  • Filing and retrieving supplier invoices efficiently

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a media payables or finance role within a media agency
  • Experience using Mediaocean (DDS) highly desired
  • Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, data handling)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams and suppliers
