All Response Media are one of the UK’s leading performance marketing agencies and we are now looking for a talented and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our dynamic finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Credit Controller at ARM, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our business. You’ll take ownership of the billing and credit control process, working closely with internal teams and external clients to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing
- Manage offline and online media billing cycles
- Generate and verify monthly invoices against client plans
- Liaise with Business Directors for invoice approvals and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate billing in line with client expectations
- Maintain client PO trackers and generate manual proforma invoices as needed
- Credit Control & Debtors
- Send timely statements of account to clients
- Confirm payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure adherence to client payment terms and escalate where necessary
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Post daily bank payments and receipts
- Update FX rates and monitor currency fluctuations
- Maintain daily cashflow files and currency cashbooks
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and report balances to senior management
- Credit Exposure & Reporting
- Produce client credit positions and weekly exposure reports for board review
- Support the Credit Manager with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in billing and credit control, ideally within a media or agency environment
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with MediaOcean systems (preferred but not essential)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit finance team
- Flexibility to support wider finance functions when needed
