Join All Response Media as a Marketing Insight Analyst, working at the heart of planning, modelling and measurement for Omaze, one of our largest and most high-profile international clients. We’re looking for a Marketing Insight Analyst to join our Planning & Insight team, working hands-on with data to solve meaningful marketing challenges for Omaze. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting close to the numbers, building models, and turning complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders.
You’ll work across TV, CTV, digital and offline channels, evaluating full-funnel performance and helping guide optimisation, forecasting and strategic planning. From sourcing and preparing data, to building robust models and presenting insight-led recommendations, you’ll play a key role in how marketing decisions are made.
What you’ll be doing?
- Data Handling & Modelling
- Source, extract and prepare data from multiple systems and platforms.
- Build, refine and maintain statistical models to support optimisation and forecasting.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout analysis, with strong attention to detail.
- Develop clear, repeatable analytical workflows that empower the team around you.
- Evaluate full-funnel performance across TV, CTV, online and offline channels.
- Interpret complex datasets and model outputs, turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Produce compelling data stories that guide planning and investment decisions.
- Contribute to ARM measurement frameworks, including attribution, econometrics, incrementality and test-and-learn design.
- Shape media planning and optimisation through insight-led recommendations.
- Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders, simplifying complex analysis for non-technical audiences.
- Build trusted relationships through clear communication and proactive, insight-driven advice.
- Apply agency and/or client-side experience to navigate stakeholder needs effectively.
- Work with data engineering and data science teams to improve data access, tools and modelling approaches.
- Partner with planning and buying teams to embed full-funnel, insight-driven thinking into client activity.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in insight, analytics or a related role
- Strong quantitative skills with hands-on SQL experience
- Confidence working with structured and unstructured datasets
- A natural storyteller who can simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving capability and intellectual curiosity.
- Skillful in mentoring junior team members and supporting team development.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) and familiarity with GDPR best practice are advantageous.
