Unique Employment are looking for a Project Manager for our client based in Spalding. This is a fantastic permanent position, with an immediate start for the right person.
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 8.00am - 17.00pm
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and improve the consistency and effectiveness of PMO and project processes and standards
- Ensure project costs are closely monitored and benefits realisation and project deliverables are tracked such that deviations and performance issues are reported, escalated and resolved.
- Deliver performance through monitoring project progress
- Apply the PMO support process to designated projects, effectively monitoring, reporting and escalating
- Ensure that effective controls are in place to manage/assess impact of key risks and issues
- Monitor the Project Team’s SharePoint site, to ensure documentation, content, file structure and discipline are maintained.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have good communication skills
- Be punctual
- Computer literate
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Be reliable and flexible
