Sales & Pipeline Coordinator Full-Time All Pump Solutions (APS) is looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Pipeline Coordinator to help ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with our Business Development and Sales team, maintaining regular contact with customers, following up quotations, gathering feedback and helping progress opportunities from enquiry through to order. You'll play a key role in helping us prioritise high-value opportunities, maintain momentum across the pipeline and ensure customers receive an excellent experience throughout the sales process. Alongside customer contact, you'll help maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline reporting and forecasting. Follow up quotations and opportunities by phone and email Gather feedback on quotations and project status Work with Business Development and Sales to prioritise opportunities Help focus attention on the highest-value and most time-sensitive opportunities Maintain accurate records within Pipedrive CRM Support weekly sales pipeline reviews and forecasting Coordinate communication between customers, sales and operations teams Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships ✅ Confident using the phone ✅ Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 ✅ Bonus points for ⭐ Experience in sales coordination, internal sales or customer service ⭐ Experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM ⭐ This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping us win work, improve customer experience and support the continued growth of the business.
