Job Description

About all plants

Plants was launched in 2023 by Ella & Matthew Mills, the founders of Deliciously Ella, with a simple mission: to show the possibilities of plants.

In February 2025 we brought Plants together with allplants, to create all plants, a plant-based powerhouse brand with unrivalled awareness in the UK.

With over a decade of cooking experience and thousands of recipes to our name, we've put our lifetime love of cooking into our range, offering 100% natural, quick kitchen wins packed with flavour to help everyone make brilliant dinners even on the busiest days.

We started in Waitrose, and now you’ll find us in Sainsburys, Ocado and Whole Foods too as well as on allplants.com. With huge plans for 2025 we’re only just getting started, and we’re looking for a new member of our team to help us unlock even more possibilities.

Working at all plants

We are a dynamic & passionate team of five, based out of our Shoreditch head office in a FORA building on Rivington Street. We love being together and are in the office 5 days a week.

About the role:

This is an exciting new role at the operational engine of our growing business.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day flow of products through our supply chain, working closely with our 3PL partners and co-manufacturers to keep everything running smoothly. From maintaining stock levels and planning production to ensuring seamless product launches and optimising how we move goods across the UK and Europe, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business moving efficiently as we scale.

You’ll be analytical, proactive and brilliant at building relationships – able to problem-solve, spot opportunities for improvement and drive performance across our network. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a small team environment and wants to make an impact in a business that’s growing fast and doing good through food.

Your team:

Your line manager will be Emma, our Head of Supply, who previously worked at Hello Fresh and then at Deliciously Ella. Our superstar Operations and Finance Exec is also part of Emma’s team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end movement of products – planning, producing and delivering everything on time, in full and as efficiently as possible

•Build strong relationships with our 3PLs and suppliers – you’ll be their go-to person day to day, solving problems fast and driving performance day to day.

• Lead production planning – raising POs, analysing production schedules and making sure we’ve always got the right stock in the right place to meet D2C and retail demand.

• Manage inventory through monitoring stock levels and tracking ageing stock.

• Own inbound logistics – Oversee inbound shipments into our warehouses from our manufacturing partners.

• Review logistics costs – process and analyse distribution invoices, report on spend and spot smart ways to deliver more efficiently.

• Track KPIs and service levels – report on performance and use data to make things run that little bit better each week.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial and Operations teams to align forecasts, plan launches and make sure every product rollout lands seamlessly.

About you:

You’ll be passionate about our brand and food: you’ll love recipes, restaurants and be engaged with health topics too. You’ll have 1-2 years’ experience working in FMCG operations, ideally with some experience within a SME brand with a D2C store as well as grocery retailer listings. You’ll be able be super organised and brilliant executor with an eye for detail who’s excited to grow the all plants brand as a team.

What We Offer

You will have the opportunity to be part of a mission driven business at a hugely exciting point in our growth trajectory, where your voice is heard and where you’re able to actively input in the strategic direction of our business. Some great perks in working for Plants include:

  • A competitive salary
  • Performance based annual bonus scheme
  • Contributory pension scheme with the People’s Pension
  • 25 days holiday plus an extra day off for your birthday. We also offer an additional day after 5 years of service
  • Health insurance through Vitality
  • East London based office with serviced showers, free coffee & snacks
  • Free wellness classes & gym access
  • Twice-yearly team events
  • Enhanced maternity leave (16 weeks full pay) and paternity leave (4 weeks full pay)
  • Workplace nursery scheme, saving on fees from the tax saving through salary sacrifice (for participating nurseries)
  • 4pm finish on Fridays

Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
