Our contact centre is growing and has a fantastic opportunity for Member Services Advisors to join the existing multi-skilled team. We focus on delivering an exceptional service to our members & clubs through multiple communication channels largely digitally based, within a customer centric working environment. In this role you will be responding to queries, feedback, and complaints, using your exceptional customer service skills to help our members achieve their goals and continue their memberships.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a motivated & versatile individual able to take ownership of their role, working with fantastic attention to detail, a willingness to listen, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
