What you\’ll be doing
As a Finance Analyst, you\’ll play a key role in shaping the financial insight that supports our Commercial Finance (CF) and Real Estate Finance (REF) teams.
Your work will span monthly management reporting, forecasting, regulatory submissions, and analytical reviews—giving you influence across our growing business.
Produce accurate, insightful monthly MI to help the business understand performance
Support weekly cashflow forecasts and quarterly funding requirements
Assist with month-end activities including revenue and cost accruals
Work with Risk and Finance teams to produce IFRS9 provisions and analysis
Support FX swap MI and regulatory reporting requirements
Contribute to annual budgets and interim forecasts
Partner closely with FP&A, BI, and operational teams to improve processes and reporting
Support ongoing automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide analytical input for projects and ad-hoc requests
We\’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable working with large sets of data. You\’ll enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering high-quality insights that help the business make informed decisions.
You will also have
Experience in financial services (helpful but not essential)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret unexpected trends
Confidence handling and presenting large data sets
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Advanced MS Excel skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office
Experience with process improvement and automation
A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Works well both independently and collaboratively
Learns quickly and adapts to new systems
Solves problems logically and efficiently
Brings fresh ideas and challenges the status quo
Takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work
