ARAG UK have an excellent new vacancy for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing Digital Services team in our central Bristol offices on a Fixed Term basis (Maternity Cover)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Agile Business Analyst who is able to understand and interpret business processes, elicit business requirements and prioritise product backlogs with stakeholders of all levels.
Experience with defining features that add business value and contribute to the success of the company roadmap. Working with the scrum team to refine and deliver user stories that keep within scope and ensure regular iterative delivery.
You will be hands on, proactive and have experience of delivering multiple concurrent projects, with excellent time management skills. A confident communicator with effective stakeholder management and influencing abilities. We will also be looking for you to demonstrate the following:

Good understanding of Scrum Agile principles;

Experience with software developments tools (eg Devops/JIRA)

Strong analytical and technical ability

Good business acumen (including good understanding of internal and external markets and best practice) and strong commercial and financial awareness
