The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
You’ll join a leading project management team with a successful track record in the local region, working on a hybrid basis from our modern Bristol city centre office. You will work closely with a senior project manager assisting with the delivery of various construction projects for public and private sector clients in Bristol and surrounding areas. You will receive exposure to full project lifecycles and opportunities to deliver smaller scale projects as your skills develop. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Project Managers in delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Delivering high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
- Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
- Producing and presenting to customers.
- Preparing bids for services.
- Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks.
- Remaining in the remit of your role.

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills:
- Practical experience assisting project management of construction or real estate projects.
- Experience working in a construction, property or professional services consultancy environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Sound problem solving, negotiating, financial management and numeracy skills.
- Competent ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
