We have an opportunity for a Nursery Cook to work 4 hours per day in our Fox Hollies Nursery based in Birmingham. The nursery is part of a group of full daycare nurseries that provides childcare and support for young children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy kitchen environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to children and adults.
- Regulate kitchen stock control and ensure specific dietary requirements are met.
- Identify and manage food allergies and health and safety issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A current Food Hygiene Certificate.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to organise, plan and cook nutritious meals.
- Enhanced DBS check, if not subscribed to the update service.
- Availability to work 4 hours per day in Birmingham.
