Job Description:

Ready to build a serious career in sales?

All In The Loop is a growing UK event technology company working with organisers around the world.

We provide mobile event apps, registration platforms, event websites, badge printing, session check-in and CRM integrations for events across finance, energy, healthcare, trade shows and professional associations.

We are now looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Development Representative to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth.

This is not a role where you will spend all day sending generic emails and hoping someone replies. You will be speaking directly with decision-makers, opening new conversations and creating genuine sales opportunities.

Cold calling is a major part of the role, so you must be comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections and staying motivated.

What you’ll be doing

  • Cold calling prospective clients and booking qualified sales meetings.
  • Running outbound campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Researching target companies and personalising your approach.
  • Identifying new markets and opportunities for our technology.
  • Speaking with event organisers to understand their challenges and requirements.
  • Qualifying prospects against our ideal customer profile.
  • Booking an average of four to five qualified meetings per month.
  • Supporting the wider sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy new-business pipeline.
  • Keeping Pipedrive accurate and up to date.
  • Testing new messaging, markets and outreach strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • One to two years of sales experience, ideally within software or technology, although other industries will be considered.
  • Previous cold-calling experience is essential.
  • Confidence speaking with new people and decision-makers.
  • Resilience and the ability to keep going after hearing "no".
  • A competitive, positive and ambitious attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding what clients need.
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Experience using a CRM or outbound sales tools is helpful, but full training will be provided.

What you’ll get

  • £30,000–£35,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators for exceeding target.
  • OTE of approximately £45,000.
  • Full product training and ongoing sales coaching.
  • 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays .
  • Workplace pension.
  • Hybrid working from our Wilmslow office.
  • Regular team socials.
  • Opportunities to travel and attend events.
  • The chance to join a growing company where your ideas and results will make a genuine difference.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants more than just another sales job. You will be given responsibility, proper development and the opportunity to build a long-term career in technology sales.

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Work from home

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
