We are looking for a fully qualified Self Employed Electrician to join our team, carrying out domestic, commercial and industrial electrical works. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm with overtime available.

Duties Include:

  • General electrical works to include working in schools and care homes (DBS will be provided)
  • Fuse board (consumer unit) upgrades
  • Fan installations
  • Main bonding works
  • Commercial lighting upgrades
  • Void property upgrades and refurbishments
  • Re-wire (commercial and domestic)

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 Testing Inspection
  • Experience working on council/social housing contracts (highly desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional manner and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
