Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has had both experience as a Client Manager and is a good fit in our culture. At FPP it’s all about finding the right person and finding someone who lives our values.

You will:

  • Be Nosey. You will be constantly questioning and genuinely interested in both our client and how the agency can deliver against their brief. You will want to know all about the Client’s business and the challenges they face. You will also want to understand our agency and how we can best deliver a response to the client’s challenges.
  • Demonstrate sweetness not weakness. You will be a genuinely nice person but you won’t let that get in the way of being honest and telling both the agency and the Client what they need to hear to ensure we succeed.
  • Have the ability to Make Fantastic Simple. You will work out the best way to lead a project briefing process, coordinating the agency team to ensure all client briefs are answered.
  • Have Eyes Wide Shop. You care about our clients and also what shoppers do and why they do what they do.

Working Hours

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30, but we can be flexible. It is the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, whether this is a new sofa being delivered, your child’s graduation or something equally as important to you.

  • Free monthly lunches
  • Christmas and Summer parties
  • 5% pension contribution
