Frontline teams deserve tools that feel like the apps they actually use. We’re All Gravy, and we make work feel… less worky. Faster hiring, smoother shifts, happier people - and results your CFO can high-five. Now we’re doubling down in the UK and Europe, which means we need Senior Account Executives who love the chase, the close, and the craft. If your pipeline is your pride and joy (and not a sad spreadsheet you update on Fridays), keep reading.
You’ll own a territory and build your own pipeline of high-value targets - with SDR support, and booming inbound channel feeding you qualified opportunities. You call the shots on where to hunt, who to warm, and how to win. We’ll back you with marketing air cover, product firepower, and leadership you can trust for support and development.
What you’ll actually do:
- Create and run your target list of dream logos in our ICP - name them, map them, multi-thread them.
- Work a blended pipe: your self-sourced opportunities plus SDR-sourced meetings you turn into revenue.
- Full cycle everything: discovery → tailored demo → value proof → commercial design → close → high-five.
- Build business cases that make budget holders nod and sign (ROI, payback, the whole nine yards).
- Feedback like a pro: turn deal learnings into sharper messaging, better product bets, and smoother process.
- Beat targets without burning out — smart prioritisation > random activity.
You’ll thrive here if you…
- Have 3+ years of SaaS sales under your belt, fluent in consultative selling, and MEDPICC; if you’ve sold into hospitality, we’re listening even harder.
- Are curious, ambitious, disciplined, and self-driven—more ownership than oversight.
- Are owner-minded: you don’t wait for leads; you create momentum and you love a clean CRM.
- Can navigate complex cycles and senior stakeholders; you’re credible in the boardroom and fun on the call.
- Are data-curious and coachable — you test, learn, and iterate faster than most people send follow-ups.
- Speak excellent English.
- London or Copenhagen base, with regular time together.
How we sell (the unfair advantages):
- Clear ICP and real value stories from well-known brands.
- SDR partnership that respects your time (no “just checking in” meetings).
- Modern enablement: crisp decks, real customer proof, tight messaging.
- Founders & product who join key calls when it matters.
Perks & vibes:
- A tight, kind, ambitious team that likes winning and lunch.
- Socials, offsites, the occasional padel brag, and a stocked fridge.
- We hire as soon as we meet the right person — and we care more about trajectory than perfect CV boxes.
