All Gravy is seeking a Solutions Engineer to turn signed deals into fully configured, branded, live platforms. You will own the journey from close-won to go-live for SMB hospitality customers, balancing configuration, training, and advisory work. Expect to run multiple implementations in parallel, improve playbooks, and help shape scalable deployment practices. You will report to the SE Team Lead and collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Support daily, delivering trainings and documenting.
