Thinking Facilities are looking for a Facilities Officer toassist the Site Manager with overseeing the day-to-day tasks and supportcapital projects and developments. Your primary location will be based at AllFaiths Children's Academy, however you may be required to travel to any ofour sites within the hub.
The successful candidate will becompetent in all aspects of site maintenance. As part of the site team, youwill manage our school premises and associated facilities, ensuring that thepremises are secure, safe and well-maintained at all times to reflect thestandards of education and behaviour within the school.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previousexperience as a caretaker or similar.
- Managethe utilisation of the premises and associated facilities across TheThinking Schools Academy Trust.
- Overseethe maintenance programme and monitor any associated budgets.
- Practicalskills in maintenance and cleaning.
- Health& Safety management.
- Experienceof working within an Academy/School is desirable.
- A goodworking knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Fullclean driving licence with access to own transport.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1pm-6pm, with some flexibilityrequired during school holidays.
