Our amazing UK supply Chain team is now looking for a Demand Planner & Analyst

Are you curious, analytical, and proactive? Do you thrive on turning data into insights and collaborating across teams? We\’re looking for a Demand Planner & Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain team and help shape accurate forecasts that drive business success.

The Perfect Blend: The role

β€’ Own the Forecast: Manage and refine statistical demand forecasts, applying advanced modelling techniques to
improve accuracy.

β€’ Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enrich
forecasts with insights from promotions and new product launches.

β€’ Spot Trends & Drive Insights: Analyse relationships between promotional volumes, seasonal impacts, and new
product introductions to identify patterns and opportunities.

β€’ Shape Long-Term Plans: Partner with the Demand Planning Manager to develop long-term forecasts that meet
IBP and financial objectives.

β€’ Evaluate Promotions: Review promotional activities for timing and volume accuracy, providing
recommendations for future improvements.

β€’ Align Demand & Supply: Ensure unconstrained demand forecasts align with supply capabilities, coordinating
resolution of gaps with stakeholders.

β€’ Maintain Data Integrity: Validate IBP master data and keep systems accurate to minimize errors.

β€’ Improve Performance: Monitor forecasting trends, accuracy, and bias; create action plans to enhance results
and reduce obsolescence.

Foundational Ingredients – Requirements:

Education & Experience:
o Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (FMCG experience preferred).
o Experience with forecasting systems (SAP IBP preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
o Strong analytical and statistical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
o Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
o Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with a proactive, \”can-do\” attitude.
o Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional forecasting processes.
o Strong service orientation: listens, asks questions, and communicates solution options effectivel
