All Court is building the performance operating system for tennis. We're helping serious amateur players understand their game, improve faster, and access insights previously reserved for elite players. We have product, content, world-class pros and coaches, and a growing library of films, photography, and stories. Now we need someone obsessed with turning all of that into growth.
The Mission
Your first mission is to help our first 10,000 users love the All Court experience. That means partnering closely with product and creative to shape how players discover All Court, understand it, join it, use it, talk about it, and come back to it. You'll help turn our product, pro insight, content, and player community into a growth engine. Not just more traffic or posts, but a sharper experience from first impression to first session, from first session to habit, and from habit to advocacy. This isn't a corporate marketing role; this is for someone who wants ownership, loves execution, and wants to build.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product and creative to make the early All Court experience sharper, clearer, and more loved.
- Help shape the journey from first impression to sign-up, first session, habit, and advocacy.
- Own the marketing calendar across social, email, SEO, community, and launch campaigns.
- Turn our growing library of photos, films, interviews, and stories into a consistent cadence of content.
- Work closely with our Social Media Manager on content creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimisation.
- Help shape campaign concepts, messaging, landing pages, and email flows.
- Build and manage the funnel from awareness through to activation and retention.
- Use All Court's dashboards and reporting to create clarity around growth. Track what works, what doesn't, where players drop off, and what we should test next.
- Run experiments constantly.
- Work with the founder and head of product to keep product, content, and growth aligned.
- Build marketing systems that scale.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with talent, grit, and high agency. Your edge might be creative, events, product marketing, community, GTM data, growth operations, or something harder to categorise. We care less about the exact lane and more about whether you can help us make All Court grow. You may be early in your career or early in your next chapter. You do not need a perfect CV, but you should have evidence that you can make things happen:
- Early-stage, high-ownership or self-started experience.
- Proven ability to execute, not just manage agencies or brief other people.
- Strong instincts around content, messaging, community, and user journeys.
- Comfortable creating, shaping, and improving content as well as managing it.
- Analytical enough to spot patterns, opportunities, and bottlenecks quickly.
- Organised enough to keep momentum across many moving parts.
- Entrepreneurial by nature.
- High agency.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Bias towards action.
You don't wait for permission. You see a problem and move.
Bonus
- Consumer subscription experience.
- Sports, fitness, or creator economy experience.
- Experience growing communities from zero.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRMs.
- Tennis interest helpful but not required.
The Team
You'll work directly with: Founder / CEO, Head of Product, Social Media Manager, fractional filmmakers, photographers, editors, and the engineering team. We already have a substantial archive of content and a growing production capability. The challenge isn't always in creating more content but turning great content into consistent growth.
Why All Court?
We're building something bigger than an app. We're building a subculture around improvement and the pro world intertwining with the amateur one. A global community of ambitious players who care about getting better. If the idea of building a brand, a movement, and a growth engine from the ground up excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
