Salary: £28,000 to £34,500 per year depending on experience

Location: Covering Blackpool, Preston, Lancaster and surrounding areas with occasional travel

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

No previous industry experience is needed — if you’re hardworking and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to build a long-term career in a skilled trade. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial customers across the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Learning fault-finding and repair skills from experienced engineers
  • Working on equipment including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration units and cold rooms
  • Updating work information using our mobile job management system
  • Providing great service to customers
  • Working safely and professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • You do not need previous HVAC or refrigeration experience — we’ll train the right person.
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Good with tools or practical tasks
  • Keen to learn a new trade and build a career
  • Friendly and professional with customers
  • Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile apps
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Duties:

Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
