Join our Christchurch-based Client Services team in helping deliver a variety of technical and scientific services to our clients.

We are seeking a Junior Client Services Specialist with previous experience dealing with clients, data entry, and administration. Your key responsibility is to enter job requests from our clients. This is an Administration and Data Entry role for the first six months. Thereafter, you will move up into a Client Services-focused role with a review of remuneration. This role will entail scheduling for our field team, inbound and outbound calling, and communicating extensively with clients.

We are looking for an eager individual to join our high-performing team for an immediate start. The role will initially start as a data entry position, but with a clear, gradual pathway for growth and development. After six months, you will become a fully-fledged CS member, helping to ensure scheduling, enquiries, and operational tasks are dealt with on time.
