All Care Brighton is looking for a dedicated and motivated Senior Care Worker to join our friendly and supportive team. Are you currently working as a Care Worker and looking for a bit more responsibility, but not ready to completely step out of the field? If you have experience in care and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support, this could be the position for you!

We are looking for two Senior Care Workers to deliver approximately 20 hours of care in the field, and 16 hours of Office/Field Based Duties. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm, with alternating weekends for the on-call.

Week 1: Monday & Tuesday office/field based duties. Wednesday - Friday Care Work

Week 2: Monday - Wednesday Care work hours. Thursday & Friday Office/field based duties.

This role is key to ensuring our care teams feel supported and our clients continue to receive safe, compassionate care across the Brighton area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering Care in the Community.
  • Carrying out office/field based tasks on alternate days.
  • Completing client assessments, reviews and spot checks.
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team.
  • Conducting staff spot checks and medication competencies.
  • Working in partnership with Local authority.
  • Participating in the on-call rota (1 in every 4 weeks; any additional on-call is paid as overtime).
  • Supporting new starters through induction and field-based training.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in care.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferable, but not essential).
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone approachable, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent care.
  • Someone who is passionate about developing their skills.
