Recruitment Officer
We are looking for a driven and organised Care Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across multiple branches within the South East.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will be responsible for delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates, ensuring we meet operational demands and maintain excellent levels of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview candidates for care and office-based roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from application through to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support ongoing recruitment needs
- Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including DBS and references
- Advertise vacancies across platforms (e.g. Indeed) and ensure adverts remain competitive and visible
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and systems
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Operations Teams to understand local recruitment challenges and priorities
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages

Location: Flexible / Regional (with travel to branches as required)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
